As a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario, I can issue receipt after each treatment for you to get reimbursed from your insurance company.  It is your responsibility to find out how much and how you are reimbursed.

What is included on the receipt? 
1. Date of Massage Treatment

2. Name of Client that received the treatment

3. Type and Duration of treatment

4. Dollar amount of treatment

5. RMT Name and Registration number

What if you lost your receipt? 
I can re-issue the receipt with a clear stamp of Copy/Duplicate.
